At RHAC-Uganda our goal is to ensure young people are empowered to take charge of their lives including providing opportunities for career development. Every year we provide opportunities for Interns in a bid to enhance their professional career development through competence-based training on practicing lessons learned from lecture room in preparations for future employment.
We give them quality time working together under the guidance of contracted experienced and professional staff which benefits them in capacity building, work ethics and working environment management skills, the benefits are quite remarkable.
