Uganda has one of the youngest populations in the world, with millions of young people between the ages of 10 and 19 navigating a rapidly changing social and economic environment. While many young people are full of ambition, creativity, and innovation, a large proportion—particularly those living in rural communities—face significant challenges that limit their opportunities.

Poverty, unemployment, limited access to quality education and skills training, and inadequate economic opportunities continue to affect many young people. These challenges often occur during a critical stage of personal growth and development, making it difficult for youth to realize their full potential.

At RHAC-Uganda, we believe that young people are powerful agents of change. By investing in their knowledge, skills, and talents, we help them become productive members of their communities and contribute to sustainable development.
